advice and encouragement in developing innovative learning and making the most of technology.
I have been serving London’s public sector for 25 years with the single aim of reducing the pain that arises when IT systems, organisations and the people who work for them come together.
Trained as a systems analyst and serving time as a working IT manager, I became the first technical adviser for the Jisc Regional Support Centre back in 2001. Since then I have supported dozens of learning providers in forming their strategy for using technology, guided many development projects, and set up some highly regarded communities of practice that have ensured that what works in the sector gets known about and shared.
From January 2015 I am freelance, offering facilitation and staff development.
